Assist with / lobby for postal & online voting
Increase/encourage the use of the Douzaine Room as a community hub
Increase voter base / turnout for parish elections / turnout at parish meetings & drop-ins

Increase training offered/provided to Douzeniers and staff
Encourage/lead more teambuilding sessions

Talking to my colleagues, it was clear that expanding the readership of the Townie was not the way forward to increase voter education and engagement. I think there is enough enthusiasm now to start a podcast, which would report on topical issues pertinent to the parish in a balanced way and interview key people. More details will follow as they become available.
